Keith Hilmes is one of the founding partners who started EcxTeam in 2009.   Keith provides leadership and develops the processes that are key to a successful project completion.  Keith ‘s primary function is field site commissioning including Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning Duties.  His experience includes the performing of commissioning for Electrical Systems, HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Lighting Control Systems (Interior & Exterior) Fire Alarm Systems (system response & integration with HVAC / Controls, System Point to Point & other Building Systems (elevators etc.)  Building Envelope System, Generators, UPS and Power Loss Response.

Greg Sharkey, CxA

Greg Sharkey one of the managing partners of EcxTeam, LLC. who started EcxTeam in 2009.  Throughout his career, Greg has self-performed every aspect of the HVAC industry including, plumbing, piping, sheet metal fabrication, systems installation, service and start-up, controls, test and balance, and commissioning.    Greg ‘s primary function is field site commissioning including Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.  His experience includes the performing of commissioning for Electrical Systems, HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Lighting Control Systems (Interior & Exterior) Fire Alarm Systems (system response & integration with HVAC / Controls, System Point to Point & other Building Systems (elevators etc.)  Building Envelope System, Generators, UPS and Power Loss Response.

Rodney Cox
​Project Manager, CxA
Rodney Cox is a Project Manager and Commissioning Authority for EcxTeam.  Rodney has performed a variety of commissioning projects with the main area of emphasis on Corps of Engineer's projects.  Rodney is the lead field Project Manager for all of EcxTeam's building envelope field work with over 5 years experience on multiple projects throughout the U.S.   Rodney has worked in the HVAC industry for last 15 years in various aspects such as test and balance and installation.   ​
